Romantic meal - but with great ease!

Hi all

I'd like to put together a three course meal for my DH. Separately, we've been away with work for a fortnight. I'm home first and want our reunion to be a romantic meal.

However, I have physical problems with one arm at the moment. Any easy ideas for starter, main, and pudding? Many thanks!

Smoked salmon is always nice for a starter and so easy to prepare
I just put a wedge of lemon, slices of salmon and some rocket and thennice bread rolls in the middle of the table

Scallops are quick, easy and luxurious. great cooked with butter and garlic as either a starter or main. I would prob do them as a main as they are very rich. serve w posh crusty bread and a green salad perhaps?

Puddings I would buy some really good brownies, defrost some frozen raspberries ( much nicer than fresh at this time of year ) and either whizz the raspberries in a blender with some icing sugar to taste - serve as a coulis - or just as is with some cream or posh ice cream.

I think I would struggle with a starter with all this rich scoff! Maybe do nibbles and some wine/G and T's?

Lucky DH.

Parma ham with melon is an easy starter - drizzle it with a little honey as well.
