sandwich with fish

DD like fish -just found out she likes tuna mayonnaise and has been giving it and the lunch box comes back empty.Have tyried salmon and cheese but she does not like it. Any othr suggestion to use fresh/tinned fish for sandwich please.

salmon and cucumber is good

tuna and sweetcorn also a nice mix - or tuna and cucumber

Try mashed pilchards in tomato sauce for a change. Also yummy hot on toast.

Sardines (drained, in oil) mashed with ketchup on brown/wholemeal.

Fish sandwiches can be rather pungent in a hot sweaty classroom.

I normally stuff it in the pitta bread.
