How long will celeriac lasts in the fridge?

Just got one delivered and we're going away for a week. Will it keep OK in the fridge until next weekend.

absolutely yes.

I bought one during the christmas period and we cut it in half and kept it cut side down in a bowl of water and we only ate it last week.

1 week in the fridge uncut? No problems

I've got one from before xmas.

It's goen a bit brown round the outside, but will be fine once I cut the edges off!
