I am doing fish pie for us all though DH and I will eat later than the kids. The mash and veg are prepared and I just need to cut the fish and put the pie together. I have to go out again just under and hour after getting home from school with the kids and in that time I have to feed them.
If I put the pie together before going for them and then put it in the oven as soon as home, 25 minutes should be enough as I won't precook the fish, but can they eat in 20 minutes?? Tea goes on for hours in this house as they eat so much...... I could then leave it in the oven on low for us to eat later.
Or do I cook it now and reheat it for the kids in the microwave but ....
