I dont know if anyone can help... am 17wk's pg and spent the 1st trimester feeling and being sick. I spent a lot of time eating special k as it was about the only thing I could tolerate.
I need inspiration for some quick dinners. I want to stay nice and healthy whilst pg but had poor diet in 1st trimester due to v. bad ms (inc. a very horrible inccident involving stuffing and broccoli) I need inspiration please. What am I meant to eat? I know lots of fruit and veg but how can I make dinners quick and exciting for me but very nutritious for babe and me.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Congratulations!

pasta - tuna - pesto

baked pots - beans - cheese

cheese and ham toasted sandwich

soups - all kinds, with seed bread to dip in

fish pie - make a few and few them

noodles with chicken

The few few weeks are tough, Corn Flakes were my thing, then I could only do plain-ish food, as mentioned above.

Just eat what you feel like, I loved chicken soup, bread and cheese, those fresh soups, any kind, healthy and easy and satisfying.
