Very quick question on conversions

If a recipe calls for '4 cups of flour', how much will that be in grams? I have had a look at an online conversion tool and it's saying 444g, but that seems alot.

Please help me! Many thanks in advance.

well, cups are like the size of a tea cup, so 4 could be about that much. Sounds right to me

Ok thanks

I didn't realise, but the online recipe I was using also had the ingredients detailed in metric, and 4 cups was even more than I thought - 500g!
