Auberge du Lac, Brocket Hall

I had planned a celebratory 40th birthday meal in London for DH but babysitting nightmare has put paid to this. So have just booked lunch at Auberge du Lac but have not found any recent reviews. Has anyone been there? Would you recommend it?

Annoyed as can't even go on his birthday! It will be a good surprise the next day though.

I'd be up for it! Did go to the St Albans meet up last week, but that just consisted of myself and Anorak. Three of us would be large scale .

My partner is the restaurant at Auberge du Lac and I used to work at a waitress there, the place and food is wonderful. TRUST ME

So when I see the restaurant manager on Wednesday I'll be thinking "that's Denmark's partner!" How weird!

Well i hope you will enjoy your dinner. We both started working there after J.C arrived but everybody is saying that the place is much better now.
He says that the new menu is wonderful so I really hope that you and your husband will have a wonderful time
