looking for some ideas have two big chicken breasts for dh and i toninght inspire me

get greasproof papaer
sandwich in
whack with mallet

then mix soy, sugar, frech grated ginger garlic and a touch of tabasco

Nandos do some crackin' marinades for chicken etc but probably a bit late for that!

If you like it spicy, mix some natural yoghurt with a spoonful of your fav curry paste, add a squeeze of lemon and leave the chicken it that for a while.
