My kids all really love wraps in their lunch boxes but I am ridiculously rubbish at making them-they fall apart as soon as you look at them!!

Can anyone help me-is there a secret to it that i just don't get?? Any advice appreciated-I have 6 lunchboxes to make each evening.

Thank you very much in advance skilful wrap makers!!

Lay wrap flat on a board so it is a circle.

Put the filling in a strip down the very centre of the circle.

fold over about an inch depth at the top so it is now a circle with a flat top.

Repeat at the bottom of the circle so no filling can drop out of either end.

Roll as tightly as you can from left to right (or right to left, whichever you prefer!), making sure the folded over bits stay tucked in.

Cut rolled up wrap diagonally across the middle but leave the two pieces end to end.

Wrap as tightly as you can in foil and chill, preferably overnight, depending on your sandwich making routine.

Works for me, anyhoo.
