Dont normally cook in advance but im 39 weeks pregnant so doing things when i have the energy!

also while im on that subject can I freeze it, and if so do i freeze before its been in the oven or after?

Sorry to sound so daft!

don't know about freezing but am sure it could be chilled a day before then reheated

mmmm cold macaroni cheese stolen from fridge in the night, my favourite childhood comfort food!

Yes you could definitely make it today and then put in oven to finish off tomorrow. Yum, this thread is making me really want some macaroni cheese.

You can freeze lasangne so I think you should be able to freeze macaroni as well.

yes you can freeze it either way, obv.the reheating/cooking times will be different depending on whether it was pre-cooked or ready to cook
