Hi ladies after some advice please...

Realised my casserole dish n ot big enough so will be borrowing a slow cooker, the cooking time in the oven would be 2 1/2 hours so how long would i cook it for in the slow cooker? Sorry never used on before so no idea!

Thanks!

hopefully not for dinner today???? I normally put stuff on whilst i'm having breakfast - thats on low. i think if its on high then maybe 5 hours? could be 4? potatoes take quite a while

thinking about it - 4 hours might be pushing it a bit - not sure if it will be done. i don't normally put pots in mine as they don't cook that well - stay hard- so suggest cutting very thinly

Thanks! I have it cooking now although the cooker seems to be taking forever to start steaming....... Its been in over an hour and is hot now?

Im planning on leaving it till at least 5-6ish so it will have had 5 or 6 hours cooking time. If its not done by then we shall be eating late

Thanks!!
