Frozen Meat Question

I took some Pork Loin out of the freezer on Thursday but haven't cooked it yet. Is it still safe to eat and will it be safe until Monday?? I'm not sure if you have to use meat straight away after defrosting.

I think the advice is 2 days after defrosting as long as still in it's date.
