flavourless cooked pumpkin - is tit salvageable?

I microwaved some pumpkin last night in a splash of water (no oven so couldn't roast it), and the result was completely flavourless and waterlogged. Is there anything I can do to redeem it? Am trying to eat low-carb at the moment so cream, bacon etc are all fine but adding it to potato soup as a filler is not. Any ideas?

What's your tit got to do with it?

ha ha, sorry about that - is it salvageable, obv

I don't like pumpkin so not sure how to salvage it. Sorry.

Thread title did make me laugh though.

I think I like the idea of pumpkin more than the reality. Certainly last night's effort was pretty disgusting.

Next time dice it then fry in a little oil till done then add chopped garlic and chopped ttyme or sage and season.
You will only be eating a half tesspoon of fat.

It needs strong herbs imo.

turn it into a soup with plenty of seasoning and spices or chilli
