Hi I have a freezer full of blackberries or Brambles (as we say in Scotland) and wanting to make jam with them. Have bought the jam sugar for it too - just looking for an easy recipe.

Can anyone help??

This is my fave, bramble jelly is the king of jams imho.

Many thanks ProfYaffle that looks great!

So do you prefer clear or do you add the fruit??

I prefer the jelly as it removes the pips, I find whole blackberries go quite hard.

Great ProfYaffle thanks for the link and the tip!

Wish me luck....

Good luck! And btw, a jelly can sometimes take a few days to set so don't panic if it's still liquidy after 24hrs.
