this week i have decided to shop online i am working the next 6 days out of 7 mostly evenings

am also trying to save a bit of £ 's

also my husband is on night shifts so he will be at work and children will be getting minded but still need a dinner before they leave.

have fussy girls, one with asd, even fussier she likes pasta & stew the other doesnt.

i want to make meals and freeze and try and have good dinners for them , they both wont eat potato unless in stew

meat or pasta sauce with veg peppers have with rice instead
Chilli con carne (we do it without Chilli)
chicken casserole
mince and potatoes!
Do one every week in a huge batch & divide into Ice cream containers (never throw those away) Only attempt one of these other wise you won't have a rest before your heavy week.
Then resort to ready-meals & quick stuff. One week in 52 will not harm them.
I steam fish for my kid but that's because he like it.
I do know how you feel if you can't be there you want to cuddle them in a nice home cooked meal with love being part of the receipe. They won't notice!!!
