Am ill so need something very easy, low involvement, etc.
I have some fresh chicken breast strips to use up.
Other stuff I have in:
- cheese - grated cheddar, block of mozzerella, grated parmesan
- natural yogurt
- butter
- salad: tomatoes, cucumber, salad leaves, onion
- fresh herbs: garlic, basil, rosemary, coriander plus lots of dried herbs and spices
- frozen med vegetables
- spinach
- frozen peas
- lemon/limes
- miniature new potatoes
- pasta
- passatta
- chopped tomatoes
- mixed beans
- cous cous and rice
- chapatis
- wraps
- pasta
- sauces: mayo, sweet chilli, mustard, horseradish, etc.
- meat: sausage, beef mince
Oh and need a non meat equivalent for me - have veggie mince, quorn pieces, veggie sausage, salmon.
Was thinking maybe pasta and.....
Any ideas?
