Looking for a thai vegetable curry recipe...

Hi. Does anyone have a reliable recipe fpr a Thai vegetable curry?
I sometimes find they smell a bit like lemon cleaning products!

I always use the Thai Taste Red Curry Paste.

I sort of do THIS recipe - you could just add more veg and leave out the chicken.
