may i reccomend this crab cakes?

2 crabs, zest of a whole lime and juice, 2 chillies, could bump it to three if you like it very spicey, 6 spring onions a small handful of parsley and corriander

mixit all up, add mayo
add a few breadcrumbs
make into patties

roll into breadcrumbs

put in fridge half an hour to set, then lightly fry till breadcrumbs are golden

served with lime mayo, sweet chilli dip and salad.
and maybe freshly baked bread

i use fresh crab.
you use mayo to bind, wierd i know!

id love to see the bakewell recipe
