nooo! dont use it . its a year out of date! its bound to have gone off , /have spores or something in it. i woudnt risk it.

i would definitely open it and try it if it looked ok. it isnt chicken or eggs, i think it might be fine.

Flour that has gone off has a funny smell - to do with beasties I think. I'd have a close look/smell/taste and would probably use it if OK.
