Suggestions for tinned fish?

At the moment DD and I eat hardly any fish (and DH eats none, as is veggie, which means we all tend to eat very little flesh). I know it would be good for us both, so am trying to introduce a little more. I've been trying cans of sardines etc but I'm not really sure what to do with them ... I've tried mixing with cream cheese and spreading on toast (which seems to do down well) but otherwise am stuck for inspiration! DD is 15 months if it makes a difference. Cheers!

mix with mashed potato and seasoning, dip in egg then oatmeal and simply fry or bake in hot oven for the easiest fishcake known to man!

Cheers, that's a great idea, especially as DH is a mash fiend and quite often makes more than he can actually eat

tinned tuna lovely chucked into a homemade tomato pasta sauce

tinned tuna mashed with finely chopped spring onion, bit of mayo and plenty of black pepper as filling for warm crusty baguettes

tinned mackerel good mashed with bit of butter and toasted under grill

my dcs loved tinned fish mixed into cheese sauce and served with veg when they were teeny and fish pie is still a firm favourite

we eat a lot of fish in my family!

Thanks display. I am a fan of canned tuna but that's about as far as I've got - I find all the rest a bit daunting!
