Sainsbury's basic fair trade tea bags. 80 nice tea bags for about 30p.

Asda's smartprice salsa dip.

Shin of beef makes the most delicious casseroles / pies and is one of the cheapest cuts - made a lovely beef and mushroom pie for 6 with about £4 worth of meat.
