Hi, I was thinking about cooking a small piece of Topside in the slow cooker - would this be nice? If so do I need to put water in with it?

put some carrots and parnips in the bottom, put the meat on the top of them and pour over some stock. yumyumyum. you can use the stock for gravy and is got all the veg ready done too as well in the bottom!

Ooooh, that sounds good! How long do you think it will take? I assume you dont need too much liquid in there?
Thanks
