SO everyone is panic buying bead - is it possible to make any bread product without yeast?

Even if its just crusty rolls. we have Pitta bread but that is just not cutting it with the DCs!!

You could make:

soda bread (using baking soda obviously)
scones
pancakes
potato cakes
cheesey quick bread (like making a savoury banana type loaf)
navajo fry bread
tortillas
beer bread
sourdough starter bread (uses fermented flour to give a leavening effect) takes a couple of days to make the starter though.
yeastless foccaccia

There are loads of things you can make without yeast. The easiest are scones, barley cakes (if you have barleycorn flour), pancakes and fry bread.
