Does anyone have one of these?

Got one for christmas but have promptly lost instruction manual and we're supposed to be having oxtail stew tonight, so would be grateful if someone could tell me how to use it.

Hi we sell these at Lakeland and I'm guessing you should be able to call up John Lewis and ask for a new manual or they will give you info over the phone. It's what we offer so I'm imagining they will do the same to. If in doubt call Lakeland and ask for help they probably will help you.
