Bean Hash recipe - has anyone got one?

I have googled but no luck. I would like a recipe for bean hash, like they serve at the Toby Carvery - all beany and cheesy. Can anyone help?

If I was making one up I would saute an onion and cooked chopped up spuds and when nice and toasty and brown stir in the beans and finish under the grill topped with cheese.
