What veg would you serve with Cooked Ham?

Doing Nigella ham in coke, was going to do veg but am a bit sick of the whole dinner thing so decided to go retro

Its only dh, ds (2.5) and I so I care not!

Alternatively - I would do roast pots, cauliflower cheese and either green beans or asparagus?

Jacket potato and salad, or frozen broad beans!

Baby corn, mange tout, green beans ans julinne carrot. Oh and onion sauce. Yum.

we had lunch with friends yesterday who served ham with roast potatoes and babyleaf salad with a yummy fruity sauce (had raisins & orange in, not sure what else) - I thought it worked well.

Coleslaw baked potatoes and corn on the cob.
