pacific bread macine - recipes wanted please

as the title say please - my friend has a machine and doesn't know how to use it...

Hiya hope these help -

egg enriched white loaf 1kg

2 eggs in jug & add water up to 380ml
600g white bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp veg oil
1 1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast (or 1 sachet)

Brown loaf 1kg

380ml water
600g brown bread flour
2 tbsp skimmed milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp veg oil
1 1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast

you can also buy lots of packet mixes in the baking isle just follow instructions on pack xxx
