What can I do with left over roast pork?

Any ideas please?

My favourite for most sorts of leftover roast meat is fajitas - just chop it and fry up with any peppers, onion etc you have around, and serve in tortillas with some salsa.

Pork rolls are lovely. Warm crusty rolls, pork, apple sauce, stuffing, black pepper.

We made a lovely stir fry with left over pork the other week. Delicious!

Fab idea guys, how long can you keep pork once its been cooked?

I freeze mine in gravy to use at another time. If I don't fancy it the next day.

You could finely shred it, make a soy and honey sauce and add it to stir fry veg/ noodles.
