I have just (rather stupidly....) bought a 3lb single Rib of Beef from the butcher. My thinking was that I could do it for New Year's eve but am now panicking that it won't serve enough people....there will be 4 of us, 3 of them complete carnivores and then me, who really would be happy with just a thin slice.
What do you think? Shall I save it for another day?
