Cookie dough- how long will it keep in fridge?

I have made a double batch of cookie dough- butter, flour, icing sugar, salt, orange rind and choc chips (no eggs). If I don't use it all today, how long will it keep in the fridge for?

Yes, if I didn't hide it at the back 4 yr old would have it! I was hoping it would maybe last a week or so given that there are no eggs in it. Can't think of what ingredients would turn- apart from maydbe the orange peel, which is minimal- but still!
