What about champagne jellies? I remember Jamie Oliver doing them once.

I am drinking the leftover wine as I type but the champagne is completely flat.

Anything other than jelly (I don't eat gelatine).

I do eat fish and seafood though. Will perhaps replace white wine with champers.
