Recipe suggestions for using up leftover ham (lots of)

I've thought of chicken and ham pie or quiche.

Any more ideas

turkey,ham and leek pie with a cheesy sauce in puff pastry.

spaghetti carbonara with the ham and mushrooms

ham,cheese and baked bean pasties

peas and ham soup

cheese and ham toasties

ill think of some more later

I cube and freeze any left over meat and then make pies etc as and when. I also freeze extra veg so I can defrost the lot along with some puff pastry for a quick pie.
