Agree C for cup. Think lower case t is teaspoon, uppercase T is tablespoon...

thanks guessed it was something like that

i never know what they mean by cup though, what size they mean

i'm ok at cooking as long as i have very secific measurements!

Looks like an American site. Their units of measurement can be a little different eg for 'Cup'.

Here is a link to the page on that site for equivalency and conversions just to be sure.
