I am doing cola ham for the first time.....my husband is very, very to say the least.....please tell me it will be nice......

Oh yum. I may have to run to the shop for ham. I adore cola ham. It sounds disgusting but it is absolutely lovely.

I have done the one in cherry coke with cherry glaze a few times. I don't eat meat but those eating have loved it.

The red cabbage done in the liquid is delicious!

I made it. It was nice but a bit overcooked I reckon, only had a 1.5kg gammon.

Are you making it with a 2kg gammon?
