I have made the BEST EVER mistake ever.

I was on a mission, very very limited time, shop was heaving and you could not move.

I picked up two slabs of christmas cake, thinking they were the regular kind.

Got home, read my receipt a couple of days later and realised, in my rush I had picked up Gluten Freen christmas cake.

After tasting, I am going it get it from M & S every year, it is amazing. In my opinion it is far far tastier than ANY I've had before.

Yes the M&S Xmas cake is fab. I live on a Gluten free diet now and was dreading my first GF Xmas and it does genuinely taste nice if not little dry. Am thinking I might buy one early next year and soak it in sherry for a week. Just to moisten it like.

Their GF mince pies are very good too.
