Best thing to do with my first rate left over turkey

I have family staying and friends coming over tomorrow. Anyone cooked Ed Victor's hash (as praised and quoted by Nigella?)

Otherwise would it be a waste to make Delia's colonial curry with a lovely Bronze turkey? Or does anyone have any better ideas?

(Turkey and bacon pie. hmmm?)

You could make this and substitute the chicken for your turkey.

Everyone who is visiting our house for the next 6 months is getting Turkey & Ham & Cream pie or Turkey & Ham & Veg pie. Little do they know.

Box up turkey and ham leftover chopped up in 600 gram plastic boxes plus turkey gravy all ready to go in the freezer.

Buy some puff pastry. Its bound to be a winner. Might well do aJumpedUpChristmasElf cranberry variation as well which looks nice.

all of those ideas sound lovely
but you could also freeze the remaining meat for a future dinner and use the carcass and other bits for soup/stock

No idea how to do links but we like waitrose turkey & cous cous.

See, I was wondering why the feck you had left over turkey. Did you have Christmas dinner at 8am in the morning?

The I remembered, - I'm in Canada and you're not!

I like Nigella's wildrice salad thing and Delia's turkey en croute. Think we have enough leftovers for both.

Ed Victor's hash in the end (as per Nigella). Very nice! Sort of a Turkey frittata.
