My oven is a bit on the small side making it hard to fit in a roasting tin containing the turkey plus a roasting tin for the spuds, parsnips etc.
If I cook the turkey first do you think it could rest while I cook the spuds or do you think that would be too long and it would spoil? I was thinking of wrapping it well in foil to keep it warm (I normally allow about 45-50 mins for the spuds)
