Whipping cream needs using today!

the cream I'd bought for profiteroles for Xmas day and Boxing day needs to be used today

I'm doing a snacky supper for 10(half kids) and could do a pudding for that, but what uses lots of cream and is easy?!

Or if I cook it into something (what?) will that extend the kife a bit?

has anyone any suggestions that don't involve naked bodies, DH has already suggested that....

Whip it and freeze it - though I would use it anyway, sniff it and I'm sure it will be fine boxing day.

I'd normally use it anyway and hope for the best, but it's a HUGE pot to go into a mountain of profiteroles (75 ish!) and I know they'll be hanging about for a day or so and SIL is pregnant, so not wanting to poison her!

I've never frozen it before. What's it like when it comes back out again?!

Not sure I've got the freezer sapce either! will have to go and have a rummage...
