Just realised the sausages say that they're best cooked from frozen. I need to wrap them in bacon though, shall I let them defrost or wrap bacon round them while they're still frozen??
Advice please, don't want to poison any of my guests! well maybe just the one.

I would just wrap the bacon round them while frozen. As long as they are cooked right through I can't see a problem.
