Another 'Jamie' question!

I can't find the chicken wing gravy recipe on the internet and my offspring are shouting at me to do something more interesting than google chicken wings -which is fair dos since they have just spent four hours on a supermarket trip for last minute bits (not a mega shop but that's how long it took!! )

was really being hassled by the kids. Thanks for the links. Have made it and it is OK but mine needed mustard or too bland(probably because I shop at chavtastic Morrissons and not at an organic Farmers market) Thanks once again for the links. Kids now in bed and finally have a glass of wine so cheers!
