If I make a cheesecake now will it be OK for Christmas dinner?

Have an unexpected day at home today, thanks to the weather. Am itching to get on and DO things so I am prepared. Would it be ruinous to make the cheesecake now?

I would if you have room in fridge. I've made them for an event the day before and then theyve been fine the day after the event, if that makes sense.It might just mean if you have any left it wont came long after Christmas Day.
