What can I make with these random things?

Due to bad planning I have a bunch of things still in the fridge that I want to use up before we head away tomorrow evening...

Have got: a whole cauliflower, a courgette, some mushrooms, brussels sprouts, green beans, potatoes, carrots, bacon, creme fraiche. Also most of the usual storecupboard staples. Can anyone help me use up as much as possible? I do have a freezer so could make more than one thing and freeze.

Thanks for any help!

omlette or pasta for tonight with courgette, mush, green beans bacon and creme fraiche.

Bubble and squeak with potatoes, brussels with egg and bacon for breakfast

Cauliflower cheese using up some creme fraiche.

Bugger knows about the carrots except carrot and coriander soup to freeze down or leave them out for rudolph and his mates

Green beans freeze really well if blanched first. Freeze them on a flat surface and bag when frozen so you don't end up with a big lump. Then you can add handfuls to Thai curries etc. when needed.

I'd guess you can do the same with carrots and sprouts.

Parboil your potatoes, then freeze - they'll make fab roasties if you just bung them (still frozen) into a roasting tin of hot oil for approx. 45 mins.
