Jamie Cooks Christmas - Chocolate Truffles - how much chocolate do you put in?

Have just watched this on 4OD and just need to know how much chocolate to put in. Thought I'd be able to find out online but can't seem to find the recipe anywhere. Does anyone know? TIA
