stuffing - meat and vegetarian

I am cooking Christmas lunch for first time, and I need to know ingridients and how to cook stuffing and vegetarian stuffing. Or if I can buy it done, well I will cook it or heat it up.

Asda have got some lovely meaty & veggie stuffing mixes. You just mix them with boiling water & pop in the oven for half an hour. They can be done in advance and kept in the the fridge too
