Pancakes for crispy duck- 2 questions please?

Does anyone know where to buy them either online or store?
I have searched ad-infinitum in the supermarkets. Sainsburys does a very nice crispy duck with a packet of pancakes, but we need more than the one packet for all the lovely duck and oyster sauce
And how long do you reckon they last for? I have one packet uneaten from our last crispy duck from 16/11/09. Do you reckon these are good to eat? Still in a sealed plastic packet .

Waitrose sell them. They are not in an obvious place in my local Waitrose, they are generally by the ready meals - we had been searching the speciality food aisle for ages until we asked! They go in the freezer as well.

asda usually have them - again with ready meals in fridge cabinets.

By the ready meals
How strange, have been searching in the speciality food aisles.
I shall have a look in waitrose tomorrow but that is exciting many thanks
And I think I have found an expiry date on the pancakes, 10;17;01 which hopefully is the 17th Jan 2010

I make special trips (like twice a year) to the chinese supermarket and buy mega-packs for the freezer

much cheaper too

I do the same as Mrs Badger - I had to do this after all my local supermarkets stopped selling them. There are chinese supermarkets you can buy online from too I think.
