Which breadstick keeps freshest, longest

Obv. can't buy fresh on Xmas day - so buying Xmas eve.

Anyone found a nice breadstick type bread (for dipping in camembert and pate) that will still be fresh ish on Xmas day?

Could you get those part baked ones that you finish off in the oven? Could get these anytime as they last for ages (till cooked) and only take about 10mins to do in the oven - added bonus they smell gorgeous fresh and warm out the oven!
