Glut of pears..recipes please!

For some reason, we have loads of pears, what can I make pls

Cake cake cake!! We make this all the time, or apple or banana depending on what we have left or a mixture of everything!

2 eggs, 4oz butter, 6 oz suger 6 or 8 oz flour (I do 6 for pear or goes a bit dry but 8 with banana) and about 4/5 pears. I do it in a loaf tin, 45ish mins 180. Slice it, nice with butter or custard and freezes well.

We were supposed to do one today but forgot to get eggs.
