i know its a bit close to schristmas now but i have just made a steaed pudding. easy recipe from autralian womens weekly. steamed it in a pudding bowl covered in foil in the slow cooker for hald a day.
it tastes divine (i had to check if it had cooked or not).
and its absolutely HUGE!
has anyone else made their own christmas pudding?
