watered down pure juice. apparently yoghurt works well. but for a 15month old i'd try just ice to start with.

Pure juice is fine.

You can make them with pureed fruit as well - either just the fruit on its own or blended with fromage frais.

i did banana and milk ones last week, blizt them together and them frezze, my 2.5 yr old loved them.

If you water down the juice it freezes better. The high sugar content of most juices means the freezing point is lower. A harder freeze means less icy mush dropped everywhere.

I am going to get yoghurt and low fat yoghurt and freeze them for me.

I also do juice and pureed forest fruit or summer fruit then freeze the kids love them
