Just wondering if anyone had a recipe for sweets made from Christmas cake? We made them last year, they looked like mini xmas puds when they were finished. Sadly my old laptop has gone to the landfill and I can't seem to find the recipe on the net. In mid sweet making flow with the kids and these were really lovely. Bum.
